SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

Item shipping times vary by product, please read the description before purchasing.

If two products have different shipping times please be prepared to wait the longer shipping time, as both products will be shipped out together at one time, unless stated otherwise.

You will be notified by email if you order is split shipped.

ALL TAPESTRIES AND PRINTS ARE FINAL SALE.

Books & SOULAR ESSENTIALS are eligible for exchanges or refunds.

If you would like a refund for a product please contact soularlab@gmail.com within 7 days after your delivery date.

If item does qualify for a refund after review, both parties will take necessary steps to return the item.

Once the item is received your refund will be processed.

In the event that your item is stolen and/or lost and your tracking says delivered, unfortunately we will not be eligible for a refund and you will need to direct your concerns to the United States Postal service or UPS, depending on what service you item was shipping. Please ensure that your item is being shipped to a safe location before purchasing.
